Iris X Reading of the Week/Week beginning on 9/28/26:

Happy Monday to the friends of Iris X Readings! This week, I am working with the IJJ Swiss Tarot- a deck that was recently gifted to me by the kind people at the Shadow and Soul emporium in Keene NH. I shuffled the cards and asked for a reading for someone who will see this post. This is not an easy reading, and it definitely needs to be heard by the person that the reading is for. Read on and see if it's for you or someone that you know. 

The reading begins with The Devil. If this is your reading, you are tied into something that is not good for you. It is draining your energy and distracting you from your purpose. You feel like you are trapped into it and have no way to get out. You are exhausted and your energy is draining as you move through the world. This is toxic energy that is poisonous. The key is in finding your own wildness, taking off the chain- and walking away. 

The Tower is up next, and is actually the natural order of the Major arcana. This indicates that things are falling apart. What once was can no longer be. The Tower crumbles, and you feel clear. Like you were struck by lightning and suddenly know what to do. Things are falling in shambles around you and you know that you have to move on and move forward. You can't build on top of what is broken. The Tower was always going to fall; there is only so much negative energy that can build up before it comes crashing down. 

The Moon comes up next, showing you feeling shaken up and like you don't know which end is up. You feel lost and confused. You are disoriented and don't know what to expect next or what you can count on. There is no plan. But that is just how it feels. While the Moon can shake up our emotions and energy, there is actually a pattern and cycle. There is an order to it all. Just as the Moon, waxes and wanes and becomes full and new- there is a pattern if you know what you are looking for. There is order in the destruction. It is a phase and cycle- it will pass. 

The key to this reading is The Chariot. Stand up and start walking. Figure out what your path and goals are and move in that direction. The Chariot lights a fire under you and tells you to Move. You cannot stay where you are anymore, and it is time to move on. But you are Not running away from anything. You are running towards what is next. The Chariot tells you to bring back your energy and power. You are stronger than you think, and it's time to have some direction in your life after feeling like you have been trapped for so long. 

Here's what I see. If this is your reading, something huge is happening. Every card in this reading is a Major arcana card, which is intense. You are processing through many life lessons at once, and the good news is that you are still standing. What is falling apart was meant to fall apart. Not in the way that it was 'fate', but in the way of cause and effect. Every action creates a reaction. And the entrapment and dark of The Devil have to shift. The Tower was always going to fall. It was built on an unsteady foundation to start with. There is more sense than you can decipher right now. There is a pattern- and it is breaking. You have to walk away from The Devil and the Tower to be able to find the stability that you seek. Until then you will feel lost and tossed about by the currents. It is time to determine the nature of those currents and let them work with you instead of against you. You are moving towards a place of freedom where you can work on your own goals. It is about time. Reach high when you see The Chariot. You have speed, power and momentum on your side. You just have to point yourself in a direction and go.
