Good Morning and Happy Monday on a celestially auspicious week! Every week, I shuffle the cards, and ask for a reading for someone who will see this post. I never know who it will be for until I post it. Sometimes, it is for one particular person and other times it is for many. This week's reading was done on the Visconti Sforza Tarot.
This week begins with The Star. This is the card of healing and inspiration. She is the Muse of the Tarot deck, and when you see her, there is something that is trying to inspire you and get your attention. The Star follows some of the most challenging cards in the Tarot deck- and they both come up later in this reading. This is a card of healing and reawakening after a particularly difficult time. If this is your reading, you are hurting right now- but you will find your path again.
Justice comes up next, asking the question- what is fair? What will reset the scales that have been set out of balance? When Justice appears, the truth comes out and it cuts like a sword right to your core. It may be time to do an honest assessment of your situation, even if it is painful to do. It is better to know than to not know; but it will take some time to feel like you are back in balance.
The Tower wraps up the Tarot message of the week showing something that cracks and shatters. There is something that has been broken for quite some time. In fact, it is said that the Tower is built on a shaky foundation and its ending was implied in its creation. Some things are meant to break. It is a shock to the system, but it is better to be out of the Tower than trapped inside of it, not knowing what is happening. With the Tower, something comes to a definitive end.The question becomes- what is on the other side of those walls?
The Devil is the key to the week. You have had chains around your neck for so long that you have forgotten that they are there. It is time to reconnect with your wildness here. You have become far too tame, and this was never your fate. It is time to reassess your ways and find your own power and truth again. It seems that your senses have been dulled for a while, and you have been exhausted. But it's time to wake back up.
Here's what I see. If this is your reading, you are in the middle of a major life change. It looks like something has been holding you back and trapping you for quite some time. With Justice, you know something that you didn't know before, and it is time to leap from the Tower. But, as you do- you are going to have some time to assess your situation and figure out where you have been tamed and chained into something that is not working for you. It looks like you will return to your old ways, and with that- you will heal and find your inspiration again. Something has been shut down in you that is about to open back up. If you haven't yet leapt from the Tower, then it is time. You can't get to the Star without getting out of the Tower first.
