Good Morning to the friends of Iris X Readings! Every week, I shuffle the cards and ask for a reading for someone who will read this post. I never know who it will be for until I post it; sometimes it's for one person and other times it's for a crowd! This week's reading was done on Tarot del Toro, a deck inspired by Guillermo del Toro. The imagery is pretty unique!
This week begins with the Queen of Blades/Swords. If this is your reading, you are sharp. This Queen is known for being able to take her mind and make it work to accomplish her goals. You have education and wisdom- and it is time to put it to good use. The Queen of Swords can get tangled in challenges, but in the end, always finds her way out. You may feel like you have gotten sharp over the years-even snippy at times! But you have things that you are trying to accomplish that require you to have a very clear focus.
The Fool comes up next, telling you that there is a new beginning for you. This is about a whole new journey, and perhaps you put your mind to making it happen. The Fool is a card that indicates that you have not really known what you are doing or where you are going. You have gathered little bits of information and wisdom along the way, and now you have accumulated enough to be the Queen of education. The Fool wanders the path, having no idea at all of where he is going. It seems that you have done this, caring most about the adventure. Now, something new is appearing, and it is time to take a leap and take a risk.
The Magician comes up next, showing that it is time to move forward. The Magician is a card of action; and while The Fool wanders- the Magician directs the journey. It is time to put your mind to good use. The timing is good to make things happen right now, and you have to take the first step. This is a card of willpower, and you have done a lot of work to get to where you are. If there is a plan that you have been meaning to put into motion, now is the time to do it.
The X of Pentacles is the key to the week. If your comfort with your new venture hinges upon worries about finances, you are being told here that you will be successful. The X of Pentacles is a card of prosperity, and the long road that it takes to get to where you are going. This is a card of the work that you have done paying off, and now it is time to put some roots into the ground for the future.
Here's what I see. If this is your reading, you have been slowly accumulating wisdom for a long time. You didn't quite have a plan or definite path to walk; you just followed the wind and your interests. Now, you have gathered up a lot and are quite wise, having become the Queen of your craft. Now, the winds are changing and it is time to use your willpower to direct the situation differently. It is time to grow something for yourself; your own venture. You are being told right away that it Will be profitable and successful, and knowing that should make it easier for you to walk forward. You have learned a lot and it is time that you put it all to good use. It is a turning point between the Fool who goes with the flow and the Magician who directs the current. Become the Magician, create something new- and you will be successful.
